Recently, Ty Clevenger informed the Gateway Pundit that the judge in the settled Aaron Rich vs Fox News / Ed Butowsky / Matt Couch lawsuit made a ruling that by the end of April 2021, all Seth Rich evidence in the possession of Ed’s attorneys would have to be returned or destroyed.
Ty was rightfully outraged. He revealed that he had reached out to Bill Barr multiple times about the critical evidence only to be ignored.
His final attempt to preserve the information was to send a letter to John Durham. Ty has revealed in several podcasts on the Whistleblower Newsroom network that all his efforts to reach out to Durham have been met with indifference.
The Barr and Durham reactions should concern everyone. If there is credible evidence that points the responsibility of the DNC leak away from a nuclear-powered country like Russia, it should be at least investigated.
Its likely that hackers from many different countries are spearfishing United States government employees and anyone connected to major political parties on their personal and work email accounts 365 days a year. The United States intelligence agencies also do the same thing to other countries. Its the spy game.
The fact that the FBI admits to having the laptop of Seth Rich should be all Durham needs to know. Amazingly, the FBI claims they haven’t looked at its contents. How does that help solve a botched robbery?
So, as of this writing, it is likely that whatever evidence that could prove that Russia was not the source of the DNC leak, could be lost.

The mystery is what the evidence could be. Here is one theory.
Note: Lawyers in the case have made reference to having evidence so sensitive that their clients were not allowed to see it.
In the Fox News case, the judge makes reference to a confidential document related to Seth Rich and Wikileaks. It was likely obtained by Malia Zimmerman as part of her investigation. Malia had rwo sources for her article, Rod Wheeler, and an unnamed individual who allegedly had access to classified Seth Rich FBI files.
Rod Wheeler is very unlikely to be the source of the Wikileaks evidence. The most likely source is someone who saw the Seth Rich FBI files in the Washington DC CART field office.
Might be a coincidence, but the source sounds like the same person Sy Hersh spoke of.
Assuming the evidence was from an FBI file, I wonder how that could be used in a court case without revealing how it was obtained. Making a copy of a classified FBI file would seem to be illegal. There might be an exception if it was obtained by a newspaper reporter for a story or the reporter just verbally received the contents of the report in a confidential conversation.
So, perhaps the evidence is from Malia Zimmerman’s notes about her story that were discussed within an email.
With the firsr trickle of documents being recently released by the FBI in the Huddleston FOIA case, all of a sudden, the idea that Seth Rich may have been in communication with Wikileaks doesn’t sound so outrageous. Maybe, Malia did have a credible source.
If the above is true, it could explain why Fox News was sued. What better way to prevent evidence from being released that would destroy the Russian collusion hoax
My hope is that the evidence gets ‘accidentally ‘ released in the near future or it is released unredacted as part of the ongoing FOIA case.
The American people deserve to know the truth.
