The FBI delivered their first release of Seth Rich documents in an ongoing FOIA case on Friday, April 23rd 2021.
The documents were mostly heavily redacted with the exception of those which were previously released in either the Mueller report or via a Judicial Watch FOIA case.
The Mueller documents were 302s of Jerome Corsi, Roger Stone, and Paul Manafort. The Judicial Watch documents were redacted emails between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page
There were a few surprises including the fact that Seth’s work computer was examined by the FBI. As I noted on Twitter, how ironic the DNC turned Seth’s computer over to the FBI but didn’t allow the FBI to examine the DNC servers.
One has to wonder how many times the FBI gets involved in botched street robberies.
Shortly after Seth’s murder, Seth’s brother testified before a Federal grand jury that was investigating Seth’s murder. It was also at this time when a subpoena was issued to obtain evidence including the laptop.
Another tidbit was a document indicating that Seth’s laptop was turned over by redacted (which attorney Ty Clevenger assumed to be Aaron Rich).
Of course, the FBI and the spokesperson for Seth’s family, Brad Bauman, denied any involvement by the FBI into the street crime that took place on July 10th, 2016.
Now, we can see by this first release of documents that those declarations were false.
Another story that emerged from this past weekend was an official statement of how Ed Butowskys lawyer, Ty Clevenger, feels about the mysterious John Here to Help, also known as Ryan Dark White.
White has been in the news recently being the person behind Lin Woods accusations against John Roberts, Mike Pence, and many others.
White also claims that Rod Rosenstein was behind Seth Richs murder.
As Clevenger noted, White has never delivered on any of the evidence he promised to provide. He has been called out as a fraud by Ty and many others.
A few other observations. One document claimed that Seth was too drunk to help the police after they arrived from his shooting. That seems odd. Bars close in DC at 2 in the morning. He had been walking for over 2 hours and was speaking coherently to his girlfriend and others during that time.
The documents that werr basically 100% redacted were very small. As if whoever was interviewed may have only been asked one or two questions. Im guessing DNC personnel.
